It was a fun night hanging out with the legendary Mr Grey, it's a shame nothing happened but this is how it goes 99% of the time but we tried out best for many hours.
As for the marble, we did say that it was inconclusive evidence because of so many factors but it was the only real highlight of the night.
We must do this again in the very near future ✌️

Have you ever thought guys that if this place was really haunted wouldn't,while your all sitting chatting ,be hearing some evidence of ghosts.I don't think 30 East Drive is haunted .The reputation of this place and the hype and imagination when you enter the place carries you forward into believing. This place is a money making proposition for the owners and I'm convinced nothing more.
This is the first investigation of this site where the investigators played it straight and honest. I had reckoned this was just another fake place. Great video and greatly appreciated. The fact that nothing happened says volumes about past investigators.

I agree with you guys definitely when you said most sightings are random, I woke up in the night and saw a old man that I’d never seen before, I was only about 9 years old and the old man turned out to be my grandfather who passed away from cancer when I just two years old, but your right guys everything I’ve seen , heard and sensed have been without looking for it, spur of the moment sort of thing.
12:55 talking about that kind of scenario…that happened to me a few years ago. I saw my upstairs neighbour walking his dog just outside our flats, and even waved at him. Not two days later our shared neighbour asked if I'd heard about him. And I asked what about him, she told me he'd been found dead in his flat on new years day…that had been just over two weeks previous. At first I thought she must have been mistaken and double checked. Then looked it up on our local newspaper site. Checked with my mum because she'd been with me when I'd seen him. I have never felt full body chills like that before. It makes you question everything.

its why i love these guys. sure in the heat of the moment they can sometimes get lost in the ghost thing but after when they calm down and re check the footage they will always admit the truth and find a rational explanation

I've always thought what do the neighbours think of this being turned into a tourist attraction. Surely there are rules in place to stop next door being disturbed by whoever sleeps over.
I had to save this one because of the length, and it was totally worth the wait. 💜Since I'm not that interested in "paranormal investigations" anymore unless I know the background story and have heard or read of compelling events to be investigated, I don't follow Ouija Brothers, but I'm impressed with their ethical approach as demonstrated here. Kudos to them for trying to find evidence rather than manufacturing it.
As for you, Dan… just like with the Skerrid Inn, seems you traveled a long way to get there, and didn't take time to eat before you got started. It sounded like you were going to be the only real ghost around there any moment.☠👻 Please, not only for your own health and comfort, but consider for the quality of the sound recording next time you join an investigation, feed yourself first! 🤣💜

I have so much respect for Grif and Ste. They have built a channel on honesty. Not an easy thing to do . If you watch their channel you are not going to see possessions and flying chairs. What you are going to get is great humor and two guys looking for proof. With their channel growing every day just goes to show people are getting sick of the fake crap and are now searching for truth. If anyone deserves to capture proof these two do. When Griff rolled the marble he said you’d hear it, when the K2 was going you mentioned a click you heard that they said was a K2, the roll of the marble by Griff created a click against the metal carpet thing. Maybe when you heard the click that’s when the marble moved somehow. I didn’t think K2s clicked from what I’ve seen on video of them, they crackle I think but I don’t know.

My mum is convinced she seen a spirit sat on a stool at the side of her bed years back she said it was normal looking man but half of his face was just black nothing gory and what really freaked her out was 3 days later she was walking the dogs got talking to someone who used to live at the same place and there brother shot him self in the face with a shotgun in that same exact room were my mum slept coincidence?
