The reason, why Hantengu hold 4th place is not because he is strong, or fast, or something else, because of immortability, he exhausts slayers and kills them, and it takes time, and what about Gyotaro he can kill faster, but against hashira’s or other slayers Hantengu would be better, that is why he is uppermoon 4, but Gyotaro statefully stronger, and Gyokko was nerfed by IQ and caution, he could try other way to fight Muichiro, that is why he looked weaker, he is not even fighter, but wanted to beat Muichiro in close combat, instead fighting in range, In range he would have more chance to survive longer
