Oh, my word! This spirit just LOVES you two! Son could see it playing around you upstairs (yeah, you weren't seeing things) and when you first approached the stairs and said it was you, it peeped its head out at the top from the left to see you. It loves playing with you two.

I don't doubt that place is haunted but I do think the neighbours uses that house to make money out of people wanting to go there. What puzzles me is why does it still have furniture and stuff in it, like it's still lived in? Who owns the house? Does the neighbour next door own the house? Good video x

I've always wanted to go into the house. Ive walked past it quite a few times as my Nanna lives a few streets away from it. She's talked to the neighbor (Carol) as well. When Ive walked past it I've always felt it have a pullinng affect. Kinda like it wants me to go in. What's strange is the fact that the "black monk" ,Or as the family before called him "FRED", Was apparently a monk that was killed for rape and murder of a teenage girl. Diane (I think that's her name) one of the children that lived there when the activities started, was tormented and the main point of attack for "FRED" She was 14 at the time. So it's kinda creepy that I feel a connection to the house as I'm also a teenager and these things happened to young girls by supposedly the same man.
Hi guys. I stayed in 30 East Drive on Wednesday 19th Feb 2020. 4 of us spent the night. I slept downstairs all on my own 😬. The atmosphere didn't feel that oppressive, however we did experience a few unexplained things. A few bangs from upstairs (could have been next door) but one was at 2.30am which we thought as odd as next door would possibly be in bed and came from right above the living room. We caught a figure on the kinect software and the electromagnetic reading jumped to 0.24 at the same time. The strangest was when I got up early at 8am and everyone else was upstairs still asleep. I placed a wav recorder in the coal hole and went to the toilet in the room next to it. I remember being as quiet as possible to prevent obscuring the recording. When I played back the recording, at 1:09 after I went to the toilet but before the toilet could be heard flushing, there are 4 distinct knocks, one after another. There was no knocking sound which I heard at the time which leads me to believe that they came from within the coal hole. Finally, in the parents bedroom, around 2am we captured what appeared to be a couple of orbs and the electromagnetic reading went to 1.93 which is really high. Overall a really great experience.

First of all I have to be honest, when you went into the washroom, their was a edit so how can that happen? when after the edit, the bangs begins upstairs, then you come out of the washroom after the edit, I like watching you videos & will continue to enjoy them, but you do understand my point of view?
