– 75% from frazzled
– 75% from gem
– 35% from jewels
– 45% from mark
– 55%+8+8 = 71 increased mark effect from tree

Xesht notes: Testing out a new set up on xesht, dropped some shock duration and plasma blast. I kind of want a bit more shock duration so will probably add some back in and shockburst seems to be guzzling mana so might need another gear piece with max mana in the future.

is there a budget version of this build? i managed to get HOWA but i dont have enough money for the gems, im struggling a bit on killing the citadel bosses (im level 91). thanks!

Hey, I need help. I need to prioritize defensively because everything that touches me kills me and it's hard for me to do bosses because of that. I have the Howa and I deal good damage but defensively I don't and they kill me very easily. If you could give me some advice on what to get or prioritize, thanks!

It seems like Witchhunter is basically dead in the water now. Most Mercs are all switching to Bows. This class needs buffs.

I finally bought the gloves, but how important do you think the jewels you use are? Without those do you think the build would still function? Do you think without the massive evasion cloak of flame would still be a valid option for defense, or without the jewels do you think it'd be better to just go with the previous version of your lightning build.
Also have you seem the popular monk builds with the ring that turns chills to freeze + herald of ice for giant AOE explosions? have you considered going that route for the build?
Edit: had another question lol, since we have so much int, why not go full energy shield on gear, then take CI for chaos immunity and then run grim feast for sustain?
