We have a road that we use to go to the doctor here, that until recently made those very noises. There were these little lines that were slightly dug into the road that was causing it, and we found out for sure when they finally paved it again recently… the sounds stopped when the lines were paved over. They were so shallow that unless you were really paying attention to them, you might not notice them there, except when it had rained. But the first few times we heard it, it scared the creeps out of you, as they made all these different noises depending on how wavy or straight they were. Lol Plus the road was in the backwoods section in the middle of what we call BFE [Bum F'd Egypt], and large sections of it were completely dark with no houses or farms in sight. On another note: Why do scary content creators want to play crazy sounds and sound bites over what should be showing a recording of some scary sounds on a video? I mean, people don't want the audio to be obscured by a sound bite when they are trying to listen to the original audio of a scary video. Just saying. It's fine to play it in between the videos, just not during them.

As creepy and entertaining as the elevator clip was, you can tell it's from a movie or film. There is no portal to another world or glitches , or the Matrix. People who believe in that are the same ones who can't handle reality so they use that as an excuse.
