For many years, (well all my life really,) I’ve made apologies and felt as though I was a bad person who was naturally sensitive. People took the piss, (and still do, hence why they’re no longer in my life,) saying that I couldn’t take a joke and too sensitive for my own good. Anyway, I understand now that I am HSP, Highly Sensitive Person, and I am glad it has a name, but this is where things are tricky as it’s not a mental condition although it can cause mental illness to the person going through it. It doesn’t switches off, but there’s an element to it that a lot will disagree, even those who are HSP, which is the spiritual awareness. I’m nervous around people, even family members. People don’t get, put me in a room full of strangers, for an example, naturally I’ll be nervous and anxious, I don’t like humans much. Anyway, all the strangers could be absolutely quiet but for me the room is noisy as I’m picking up their emotions, people don’t realise how their emotions, especially dark ones is just being emitted off them and that’s before seeing their expressions and/or body language. Sometimes I can sense a negative soul as it changes my mood and I become guarded. I can even sense unseen entities; unfortunately to cut a long story short, I can only sense negativity and no I’m not a bad person, it’s in my genes and I received this ability from my mother and it basically saved my parents’ bloodline, (it’s a long messy story but in God we triumphant.) By no means am I psychic, (wish I was.) However, if I go to a place, a building whether it be someone’s home or business, if I immediately feel dizzy, discombobulated for a moment, that’s my cue to leave and not to go there again. People may think of all this as mumbo jumbo nonsense and all this fanciful paranormal crap, but actually it’s in our DNA to have such feelings, it’s how wild creatures survive living in their environments and not to be another animal’s lunch, it’s called the sixth sense. And if people broke down this real ability, they’ll be amazed to learn how attuned humans can be and how we’ve incredibly evolved our sixth sense to the modern world, even predicting who’s calling us on our mobile phone even before we’ve looked at the screen of the phone. The sixth sense is also the bridge between our physical world with our original home, the spirit world. I believe HSP is in a way between physical and spiritual, where people like myself were born with our soul not fully enclosed inside our human body, as it was meant to. I don’t why it wasn’t but as I get older, yes my HSP has gotten worst, but not in a bad way because for some unknown reason, the older you get the less bothered you become with dramas, and strangely you do actually become wiser, believe it or no. You’re not as bog down with things as you use to be and you sometimes will catch yourself saying some insightful things, or as I like to call it, ‘old people talk.’ Anyway, with HSP, especially when going out, I feel bombarded with people’s feelings, the worst is when they try to make eye-contact with you and instantly want to talk to you. That I don’t mind really but some people can get rude with it, and we live in a scary world. Living as a person with HSP, it’s the anxiety that’s the main problem as it affects both your mental and physical health, and people don’t understand about being mindful when they see someone struggling with their anxiety, which is to leave them alone and stop asking them questions, my anxiety is my problem and I don’t need someone to try amateurishly psychoanalyse me, go away! As I said I’m not a paranormal expert nor have psychic ability to speak of, but if the place doesn’t feel good to me, I’m making my kindest excuse and leaving, and yes I have done that before. My only regrets has been when I’ve met people and instantly got a bad vybe about them and then tried to avoid them. Don’t get me wrong, my hunches were right about them but I wished I could’ve given them a chance anyway. I weren’t rude to them but I instantly felt flight or fight mode around them and that negative magnetic feeling, but in the past, the ones that I did give a chance in my naivety, one tried to kill me and another tried the ‘single white female’ move on me and tried to kick me out of my home, and little did they know God was my backup plan, and how truly lucky was I to get out those messes. Anyway important thing, to all you people out there who are having unwanted paranormal events in their home, DO NOT under any circumstances use an Ouija board or any form of divinations in their home, you don’t know what you’re doing and your action is only fuelling your unseen tormentor and it’s better the devil you don’t know, which is to your advantage with the next thing, which is smudging your home, which you was planning to do any way. However, before you start, know what you’re doing first and what prayers you need to recite during the cleansing. However, the most important thing you must do is to firmly have in your mind throughout the cleansing your intentions. When it comes to cleansing, it isn’t just your guides who want to help you, your deceased loved ones want to help you too, but they won’t know how to help you unless you let them know what help you need, so in your mind have your intentions and mean it with all your passion. In truth a living body is more powerful than negative energies, entities and ghosts because in the physical world we have priority and our soul is at its most powerful because it’s encased in our living flesh. To negative energies, entities and ghosts we are like a walking, talking nuclear station and they crave the energy our soul emits, but the only way that they can feed on us for our soul energy is through our fear and negative emotions. What they can’t tolerate is us being happy, joyful because then we attract positiveness and all things Godly, so feel your home with you happy music, laughter and all your positive activities. Also seek advice from someone strong in their faith, like a priest, rabbi and imam etc for their counsel to how to rid your home of uninvited paranormal guests and even get them to bless your home after a good smudging session. Remember, your home your rules and asking for God’s help won’t hurt neither, God may even surprise you with some wonderful insights into protecting your home in the future.
