Far too many people.
The K2 meters both going off, you can hear a buzzing while they are solid & lit up. Then the buzzing disappears when they go back to normal. You can clearly hear it. Very weird interference.
Theres so much electronic stuff in there, no wonder the gear was going berserk! Too many people making noises. Those REM things are just field strength meters in a fancy box. They can and do pick up RF from many yards away. K2's the same. Spirit box is just a scanning receiver modified, totally unreliable, particularly in built up areas.
