Epidermal Growth Factors are a relatively new technology when it comes to Skincare. I urge everyone to do their own research before deciding whether to include these in your routine. If you choose to include these, I’ve decided to share my favorite EGF products. These options range from very affordable to the pricier treatments.

  1. I use the SkinMedica HA5. I usually purchase it via Dermstore. As for there are many imposter products on EBAY. Discovered that one out the hard way. Anyways, I have used the SkinMedica TNS but I can no longer afford it. It's just way to much money. I want to thank you for showing us other alternatives that do not break the bank. I enjoy your channel and honesty!!!

  2. I personally just bought an EGF Japanese cream, very affordable under 35$ and I am honestly blown away. In less than a week my skin has improved A LOT. It did much more than months of tretinoin without any irritation. Of course it's just my anecdotal experience but I am committed in keeping this cream in my routine. I don't have skin cancer and my family doesn't have skin cancer history and I apply SPF50+ everyday so I think it's safe to use. I would recommend everyone to try human oligopeptide-1.

  3. I have been looking forward to get the klairs mid night blue … do let me know If you have seen any results . Also how many times one should apply an egf serum in a week ?

  4. Thank you for this! I purchased the Osmosis one several months ago along with some other products of the line. Shortly after I received it I found out that you shouldn’t use GF if you have active acne. I have been forever battling hormonal acne (that has drastically improved since starting the Osmosis skin defense supplement and using the line) so now it’s just sitting on my shelf waiting for a clear face. Just thought I’d mention this tidbit because I don’t think it’s widely mentioned when other influencers are speaking about GF. As always you look beautiful and love your content!!

  5. Don't buy those! I did my research! They collect egf from babies. There's a video on it and it's so so sad. Those poor babies 😭 if you're a mom or have any kids you love, you'd be so sad too

  6. 40k…WOOHOO!! ✨🥳✨Looking forward Tim watching you and your channel grow:)
Given my family’s history of skin cancer (my Dad just got two Basal cell patches yesterday. He’s always getting them removed. He’s actually had Squamous cell too, which is more serious. My cousin had, and survived, Melanoma. Better safe than sorry!
    Thanks for the info, girlie🍃🌸

  7. By the way Sarah have you found anything that can help with excessive sebum production? I’m tired of being so oily all the time 😭😭 at least a moisturizer that has the ability to provide a very long lasting matte finish via some sort of microsponge technology or some other form of technology, oh I cannot wait for clascoterone 😭😭

  8. I decided to try something new to treat my acne with and that is phage therapy, I ordered the Phyla phortify serum, it has live bacteriophages, they’re basically live viruses that infect acne causing bacteria and kill them, I cannot wait to try it! Hopefully this will help me achieve completely clear skin cause believe it or not, even with 10% azelaic acid, 5% niacinamide, 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, adapalene and salicylic acid, I have failed to achieve completely clear skin!

  9. I enjoy watching your videos for the research you provide on the products you review. Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t hear which concentrations and which types of EGFare supposed to be most effective. I did hear that there weren’t long term studies, but I would like to know which studies you found most compelling and which ingredient list you found to most closely match the best studies. Please direct me to that info. Thanks

  10. Great video! One of the reasons I clicked on this was because of the picture I saw for this video – it was a product I've actually purchased but I never heard you mention it. I was interested in knowing your thoughts on it – namely the smell! The brand name is leu Beaute. Thanks!

  11. I think the only effective growth factors are best from SkinMedica, since they are part of Allergan, a pharmaceutical company that has the capital to research EGF.

When you have companies like Acure, Drunk Elephant, Isntree, etc. include EGFs in their formulations… I question the effectiveness.

  12. I have to pass on the EGF. Since menopause I've gotten a lot of moles that are "pre-cancerous" although I'm bummed that I can't try the EGF. Do you notice a difference with the EGF?

  13. Hi Sarah, I’m trying the La Mieaux TGIF booster ($60) and egf serum ($120). Are you just supposed to use after needling, or just evening? One of products is animal based but says creuelty free and other is plant based… do you think it matters if it’s not human fibroblasts? I know I am asking a lot, but do have lots of questions?

  14. I live in Japan and human EGF is reasonably priced here, i use an essence with a short ingredient list with no preservatives, sadly needs to be refrigerated. But noticed if i have active acne, it makes it worse but if i dont have any breakouts then my skin looks fresh and extra hydrated. Can Patreons send you stuff for review?
