Brownie Using Raw Banana?🍌🍫 #shorts

Have u ever heard of Raw Banana Brownies?😋♥️👇🏻
🍌Raw Banana Brownie (Serves 6) – Eggless & Fudgy
Ingredients:
480g – Raw banana puree (steamed & blended)
45g – Maida (all-purpose flour)
100g – Gulas Palm Jaggery
40g – Crushed almond chocolate
40g – Cocoa powder
1 tsp – Baking powder
40g – Melted butter or oil
½ tsp – Vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch – Salt

Instructions:
1. Steam raw banana slices for 12–15 mins & blend to get 480g puree.
2. Preheat oven/air fryer to 160°C for 5 mins.
3. Mix puree, Gulas Palm Jaggery , butter/oil & vanilla in a bowl.
4. Sieve & mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt separately.
5. Combine wet & dry mixtures. Fold in crushed chocolate.
6. Pour into lined tray, loosely cover with foil.
7. Bake at 160°C for 30–35 mins.
8. If the center is sticky, bake 15 more mins, reapply top, bake 5 mins.
9. Cool completely. Wrap & rest overnight.
10. Reheat before serving. Top with butter or syrup if desired.
