dont get what you are saying, decemating strike = up to 30% HP removed on first hit, Culling strike is up to 30% HP left kills the enemy, so why the wouldnt work together according you?

100 weapon set passives is insane that means we have 120 weaponset points basicly 2 different trees on one character

im planning play WH as my league starter but the build will be decided when i got any weapon with t1 dmg +7 lvl skill and 4%++ crit chance 😂

yes for ST u can three dragons and use shock burst round with shock chance / shock mag weapon swap like last league.

I wish we were getting more classes/ascendancys and weapon types.. whats the point of playing another lightning arrow deadeye once again thats miles ahead of any other class? Im tempted to pass on this update
I was thinking about doing something super similar with witch hunter since we can essentially have 2 seperate builds for single target and mapping with the 1100 extra points, like you said its not like witch hunter can get any worse 😛
The state of the endgame makes me not want to play at all. I also have a feeling sprint is going to be the most annoying shit on earth.

The negative to evasion and armor is just additive with positive increases to evasion and armor. So that’s the 2 nodes in the ascendancy and like 1 singular evasion node gets you back above baseline. Instead of having 180% evasion rating which converts to like 85% chance to evade, instead you have 150% evasion rating which converts to like. 80% chance to evade. Especially if you are regularly blinding mobs (flash grenades for example) but even if you have the 20% chance to blind on hit, you will still regularly blind because you’re hitting a mob 10 times on every trigger press.

I agree with you on many parts of this video Sir. Specially the non-meta builds i always try, even following a guide because i'm quite noob, i tend to go to the less % in ninja-poe when i search for ideas.
My "rules" are also: do one character per league, and if i end rerolling/changing build, it has to be on the same ascendancy. Call me weird.
