Norwich State Hospital Preston, CT. Part 4

Part 4 of another trip to Norwich State Hospital in Preston Connecticut. This time we visit the Lippitt and Mitchell Buildings. Although we have been in the Mitchell, today was our first time entering the Lippitt Building.
