It's nice to have options like this for a low profile hot chocolate bar. You probably have that Lindt chili dark chocolate bar the same as we have in Canada. It's a nice option and I buy it on rare occasion to support the idea, or as a gift. There's also a Tabasco brand chocolate that has a slight bit more heat.
This bar you tried looks high quality and I like the flavour profiles you described. Personally I could go for an "in between" heat level that's more than basically nothing and less than the world's hottest bar.

What you said about hot “hot” items is spot on. I had an inferno candy co Hot Chocolate and it was just as you described. Awful experience, had two sips and could do no more.
