Ste did you get a response at 10:45 (thump) or was it the other team? There was also two 'female' sounding affirmations at 03:23 and 03:54. Again, that may have been Lucy. Or something completely irrelevant. I hope Griff and yourself capture something amazing. Your honesty with your filming, is so refreshing. You both have great 'screen presence' and get along so well together, so even though you catch little, you are still very entertaining to watch. If something did charge down the corridor at you, you would have made a new 'exit' through a solid brick wall in your haste to get away 😅

We do enjoy your uploads but we genuinely wonder why you ask loads of questions without any way of recording a response?? Do you have a recording device (voice recorder) out somewhere as we never hear you listening to any response at all??!! Unless it’s a knock or a door etc, there’s nothing
I am extremely skeptical of most paranormal activity shown these days. I had some undeniable occurrences in 2003 which fortunately were also witnessed by my best friend. Since then I have watched and researched much on the subject. There are very few channels on here which I feel are credible and honestly researching. This is one of them. I long for the day you gentlemen get some evidence that folks cannot explain. Good luck on your quest, I will continue watching you and the few others that are REAL investigators. Nice work.

Ive reno d old pubs and houses Ive seen things I cannot explain footsteps even weird breathing in the dead of night. I have been a little taken aback footsteps where no floor is just the joists door slamming that was lockedplaster bits being thrown at walls…. simple little things it weirds you out other workers refusing to work on their own. You dont forget it.
