Great video guys. That house definitely has the Creep Factor.. At 38:55-57 when your outside I believe in checking out the barn.. In the game room you catch a sound. But behind the the table looks like a window.. which looks like there's a face.. it could just be matrixing on my part. Just had to put that out there. Btw. Just came across you guy's n Subscribed.. I'm probably wrong but is this the place that a farmer shot a guy who was trying to break in and the guy sadly died from the gunshots? I'm sorry I can't remember the names, the farmer did go to jail though – manslaughter I think. The building just looks familiar and obviously it was all over the news when it happened. If I'm wrong, I apologize, I don't want to cause any offense.

Thought to maybe explain the hiss: The common European adder, the only native venomous snake to the UK, will hiss if it feels threatened. They are rare, fullstop, but believe they will sometimes nest in abandoned buildings. One could have been under the kitchen counters or something. It's unlikely, but is it more unlikely than it being a ghost? Also, it's a possibility that I think most of us would overlook, so it's worth me saying.

Been subscribed to you guys and ages but never really sat down and watched the videos properly. Watched this one tonight and the following on. So good but I just wanted to put my 2 pence worth in. The "hiss" you heard could be a barn owl. Sounds odd but I had the EXACT same thing happen to me about 20 yrs to the point I reached out my arm to my empty pillow as I was convinced someone was laying next to me!!! I heard it again, even louder and thought to check the window. It was a barn owl screeching but I swear to god it sounded like a heavy breath or hiss next to my head! Scared the P out of me!!

That black bell thing in the kitchen is connected to the phone so you can hear it ring when in the kitchen. Many old homes had those back in the 70s and 80s. Showing my age there. 😂😂

While you are both in the barn, we hear a bang inside the house, and seconds later (14:07), it sounds as though something flicks the camera mic. Great investigation, as always, with some unexplainable creepy bits thrown in for good Ouija Bros (and GOT) measure. You both need to come back to this place again for a longer investigation, possibly overnight, and sit and listen to the quiet of the darkness.

LOVE the Ghost Tube apps, so much! They facilitate communication with the 'Other Side'–how else will an investigator get the story of a site, if the spirits there are unable to communicate (verbally, or through imagery like the SEER/LENS? Beeping and flashing just doesn't cut it!
