[1 Div Budget] Spark + Blink 1.33s CD + 100% IIR Mercenary WitchHunter Build [Path of exile 2]

1 Divine orb budget Mercenary WitchHunter Spark build in Path of Exile 2 Early Access. I believe it can be done on any class or ascendancy but mercenary and especially witchhunter has small ascendancy passives giving cooldown reduction and the best path to take all cdr passives. I decided to give spark a chance on my witchhunter.

Stormweaver is probably the best option in terms of overall dps, defences, mana sustain and passive point pathing but can’t get as much cooldown reduction 😀

/edit I thought that Atziri’s Disdain is a good defence solution but what it does is we get one-shot easily when very low mana. I suggest instead getting rare es or es/eva helmet with 40%+ rarity, mana, energy shield, inc critical hit, int or resistances. Or just keep your mana level high enough
