BTW I have no clue what killed me, 0 visual effect nothing, and it looks like it was phys damage and a projectile which I should easily tank very weird, and if it's a crit I still easily tank crit hits. RIP

Aerisvane's Wings for Decimating Strike, you're getting cull from attrition anyhow, then use the 4 ascendancy points you just saved for Witchbane and No Mercy. Low life damage lost can be picked up in the tree.
