  1. @JamieOliver Lovely brownie, can I make this slightly bit less gooey in the middle by reducing the temp to 170C & cooking it a bit longer? Also can I make this in advance then re heat it or make it & bake it the next day or do I need to bake it straight away please?

  2. Like most of Jamie's ventures, this is another failure. Wrong size eggs and it's all over! His mixture is different from what he's actually making here, why use unsalted butter just to add salt FFS and his useless tin is likely a different dimension to what is needed for the size of this Brownie mix, to small won't cook too big and you have a biscuit. Recommend hotter over and bigger tin !

  3. Chocolate Brownies

    250 grams 70% cocoa chocolate

    250grams Butter

    Gently melt them Bagne Marie on the boiling water pan

    Four Eggs

    250gr castor sugar beaten in

    Two heaped table spoons self raising flour

    Two tablespoons Cocoa powder

    Fold it in and add a pinch of salt

    Add chocolate mix to the rest of the mixture. Fold it in.

    Bake it at 180c for 30 minutes Enjoy it with ice cream or on its own.

  4. What the …. is a heaped tablespoon supposed to be? Are all tablespoons EXACTLY the same size? What is EXACTLY meant by "heaped" How difficult would it have been to give weight in grams like the other ingredients? Don't tell me, you have to be a world leading chef to know. Sheesh!

  5. Honestly the BEST BROWNIES, I have ever made and it is a winner to whom ever I bake it for.
    Sometimes I add walnuts to it once every thing is mixed and before I put it into the pan to bake 👌.
