Its Ka-nah not kaa-nuh-waa the w and h is silent so you dont have the waa or uh at the end just nah and the first a is short sound so Ka .. Kanawha its one of those words that sound nothing like how there spelled or look Google even pronounces it wrong.
To this day the mothman and big foot are still a nuisance damn bums always knocking on the back door asking for a cup of sugar, they like sugar.

Some of the things people come up w crack me up. An owl, a crane , a helicopter hahaha. They act like people are stupid . Everyone who saw it had a pretty exact description of the thing. And some who saw it saw it close up and standing still. That’s hard to confuse w something less then a third of the size like an owl .
My bf and I stopped in point pleasant after visiting Virginia Beach for my 40th bday. It was on my bucket list . We went to the museum . I wish we had more time to walk around and maybe eat at that steak house . It was really cool though . I’ve always been fascinated w the mothman sightings .

Well this was more of a comedy than a serious documentary.
Remember the silver bridge video of the mothman going from the bridge down into the water the same witnesses were saying that's the same thing and what the video showed later on we found out a piece of silver bridge was breaking off due to corrosion and time. It's laughable and silly nothing was ever there well maybe a 🦉 or a Crane but not much else unless you count the steel bar that fell into the water off the bridge as the mothman like the people of point pleasant did until they were made fools of. It was all stupid brought on by bunch of scared kids but once it started bringing a little tourism to a place they can't stop because now it's money coming to there town.
