I think a spirit might just visits there thats why ur not getting alot!! Old houses will often do that shake fells like a tremor but coz u have all been walking around the house will settle when u sit fot awhile!!

To summon a demon u can try putting a mirror in front of u in the dark with candles and a Ouija board in front of the mirror a mirror is a portal I did this myself and I got good responses on my Ouija board and good evps I saw red eyes in the mirror with no face as I was doing a Ouija board session 😉
