  2. You would think that if you lived in a world where super heroes and super villains existed, you wouldn't immediately assume the guy that doesn't kill, suddenly picked up the habit of offing people just because someone saw a guy in a cape. Batman is far from the only one to wear a cape, and… oh forget it

  3. Haven’t seen this in probably 30 years. I loved this as a small child and after all this time, it still holds up. My favorite thing about this film is it humanizes Bruce better than any other Batman story I’ve seen. Feel so bad for him and Andrea. Anyways, a classic film and Batman story!

  4. "You think you know everything about me, don't you?"
"I diapered your bottom. I bloody well ought to…sir!"

There will never be a Batman and Alfred like Kevin Conroy and Efrem Zimbalist Jr.

  5. I had the privilege of meeting Kevin Conroy at a Comic Con. I greeted him in my Joker impersonation. He laughed and we exchanged a few words. He was kind and gracious.

He even told me the show was “Never meant for children” and only meant to be child-friendly. This movie and the show pushed the boundaries of what an animated show can be. It stands as one of the greatest animated shows if not THE best.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Conroy. You will forever be appreciated and missed.
