SCT Logistics up “Dark Ghost” intermodal and empty steel freight train service led by SCT009, CSR009 (“Ziyang”) and two str0ays in RL310 (QUBE) & RL309 (QUBE), hauling 86 platform wagon units (Bluescope steel containers, empty “butterbox” steel coil containers, empty steel slab racks, empty steel slab flatpack, boxcars, refrigeration units & containers).
