What I find great about this is that Cassie is carrying on the tradition of becoming a Honest, Paranormal Investigator & shows the same traits that Griff does that’s what I find what’s needed in the field, mass respect for showing us the basement too I remember Cassie saying she didn’t like it much on the live like she has in this one – you’ve taught her well Griff 👍 plus she appears to be well versed in what to look for.
I like that in a P.I & I don’t know why but the area at the back with the light on is just odd. Hope you don’t mind me throwing in my two cents lads & Cassie of course 👍

Cassie needs to be on more often she has a lovely voice…. but….. in her lone vigil you see a few flashes of light around or behind her, I checked this out a few times and it's seems to be her jewellery on her fingers catching the light but for one moment at 20:50 when she says "Do you want to come and say hi" to our right there are small flashes (Cassie's left) and there's a long skinny shadow moves just a small amount. I nearly died when I saw it but its bloody there. Great vid. 🤘

I'm curious to know the homes history as well as the land it's on. It definitely gives off weird vibes and I 100% believe there's something there! Griff….you and cassy should check out fort mifflin in philadelphia. It dates back to the late 1700s with loads of history! Eastern state penitentiary and gettysburg are hot spots as well.
