sorcery ward is the strongest defensive mechanic they have ever added to an ascendancy.
you stack armor with it, so to mitigate the physical component alongside elemental.
you go 1, 6, 7, 8 even on softcore
it's the strongest ascendancy without question (while people are saying its garbage no less)

Sorc int/mana stacking is potentially strong af too after seeing the new skill tree! Merc gotta be the way to go but holy shit its gonna be pricy haha
