  1. After reading some of the comments about taking a rest, i no longer feel guilty about being tired all day. I feel lazy if i rest. Watching this video and knowing that others are doing the same, has made me feel more content.

  2. You do know don’t you that there are big cats (Panther’s) out there. Ive seen one myself in Bewdley in the Wyre forest. Also others saw it And two large Lynx as well. Just saying as it appears to have pointed ears on the subject you saw.. ? Be safe…

  3. Just found your channel last night. I'm loving seeing the fells again. I live in Newcastle and haven't been over that way for a few years now since my husband passed. Thank you for the fabulous views, humour and the feeling of 'being there'.

  4. At places like this I like to image what it would have been like 3,000 to 5,000 years ago. That tarn would have been most likely surrounded by dense, mossy forest and I would image the first humans to discover it would have thought it a magical place.

  5. Think it is safe to say someone may have stood next to your tent, 100% it wasn't anything Alien when nothing has ever been seen entering or leaving Earths Atmosphere regardless what americans make people believe with thier obsession based on lies.
Most if not all of the landscape of Britain was carved out by Glacier movements no UFO crashes.
What i did notice in this video though compared to when watch one in around Scotland Hills and Glens, there is a sever shortage of Trees planted down south.

  6. Amazing video, your best one in a while – loved the return of the drone footage with the background music. The videos are always great, but this one felt really natural and was a joy to watch 👍

  7. In that video of what you seen that night did you have your dog with you as there’s a dog on the right side of the screen. Interesting the dog didn’t bark at what ever it was. Brave you for sticking it out 😀

  8. Loving your videos! I can no longer walk in the Lake District as I have multiple sclerosis, but watching you is a real trip down memory lane. Spent many happy years hiking all over the fells. Always reminds me of my late father who introduced me to the Lakes and was with me on most of my hikes. Will be visiting Langdale next month and can't wait! Will probably spend most of the time in the Old Dungeon Ghyl, remenising with a drink or three! Ann H

  9. One your best videos ever. Can't wait follow in your footsteps for this one. Get better quickly and definitely wasn't the day for wild swimming. Ps you even had a gate to keep gateman happy😂

  10. Sanitized Barren frozen desertscape devoid of owt but the unbutchered sheep of farmer Giles, it looks bloody horrible. no tree's, no bears, no nothing, just nowt there, except that thing

  11. As someone who strongly believes in life after death, it is possible that what you were seeing was as apparition of the Spirit of a fell walker, who had very briefly manifested and then disappeared, a Spirit that wanted to return to a favourite spot perhaps, which happened to be close to your tent. Always maintain an open mind . . .

  12. I have just discovered your channel and I am about to binge watch all your videos!
What a gorgeous walk you have just taken us on, I love your chat too!
New subscriber here! By the way , my favourite buttie on a walk is Lancashire cheese and piccalilli with a flask of tea😂

  13. Hello. I have watched 6 of your video's ,including this one. I have subbed , I like your content & i rather hear you describe the area & history of the place . I now know where people are getting all this stone as a building material. It must have taken them years to make these stone fences.Whether that catchment area is natural or a blown out volcano ,to me old volcano. The ringed fort video i found interesting , have to wonder were there trees there in that time period or just barren landscape.?

  14. For your Achilles tendon and other foot problems, please get some CBD ointment and apply several times each day. It has super antiinflammatory effects. I suffered from calcific Achilles tendonitis for 15 years. With the use of CBD, both topical and smoked, it completely resolved. Please try. It's worth it!! Good luck.

  15. Hello, just ran across your vid and it is lovely! I have a question about the history, you call it the "Fells" and does that mean that there were trees there originally, which were logged? It is interesting to me that there are no trees or forests on all that land…is it too harsh for them to grow. Thank you for your lovely video, sharing the landscape with us.

  16. You have heard of The Big Grey Man of BenDhui?:Did you know Cairns are not just placed to mark trails and summits, but strange events and deaths, even graves! DYK its common for cameras or any type of battery operated or electrical equipment to shut down or confound when either ghosts or Bigfoot are about! You may not want to deal with it while out and about in the wilderness, but for untold centuries people have known these occurances and beings, whatever they are… ARE ABSOLUTELY REAL!

  17. I don't know if you live within the Lakes but I do, I see the Waters and fells everyday and I know I take it all for granted. I don't get out and about in it as much as I should really. Its only watching something like this that makes me realise what's just outside my front door and how I should put time aside for getting out in the middle of it all.
