Over the course of 13 months, residents reported hundreds of encounters with a winged creature now known as the Mothman. As animal mutilations, UFO sightings, and visits from the Men in Black escalated, local journalist Mary Hyre and investigator John Keel tried to uncover the truth. This documentary uncovers the real events that inspired The Mothman Prophecies — a tale of fear, mystery, and tragedy that culminated in the deadly collapse of the Silver Bridge.

  1. Hold on, so he used a flashlight to send a message in Morse code? Hilarious. So aliens have learned the English language and Morse code? Ridiculousness!

  2. I tend to always get a funny feeling when going into new areas, I almost get a flashback and obsess over it. Even some I feel like turning around and going back home. Not all areas though, just certain, which always happens to lead me to discovery of that town being part of a story.

  3. If you look at the tsunami that hit Japan a couple of years ago, you will see some black winged creature rising from the piers just before the water came.. I could never make heads or tails of that, it flew up into the sky, it was large… no idea.

  4. Very good documentary! I've taken my foot off the gas, FWOABPhrase, but I use to be an avid paranormal researcher, but I'd not heard about someone apparently touching the MM! And from what I know, through body language etc, he's telling he truth.

  5. Why is level 6 of the Dulce Top Secret base called Nightmare Hall? Because there was a six foot tall bat 🦇 that was bipedal and and red eyes and huge wings. CIA security techs at nightmares if they looked at it. Everyone skips over that part of the story. I don’t know if the kidnapped humans could see it from their cells or not, but security was told never to look at the bat 🦇 and warned of nightmares. However, they all got too curious. It was always just standing there, but they could see it was breathing.

  6. This is an era I remember all too well. Being interested in UFO's at the time I read about the goings on at Point Pleasant, West Virginia with great interest. Indeed, in the mid 60's I had several UFO sightings of my own.

  7. Attention, mothman went to the Teamsters Local 25 Union 😊. Weekends Off. Night shift Differential 😊. Ha ha, aren't i funny. Anyway, we are thinking of visiting Point Plesant this fall. Once the mosquitoes are on vacation 😒. Do the have a gift shop in town. I like to support local businesses. And information on a motel.

  8. In jets, The Devil You Know Between paparazzi images and constant updates on social media, it feels like we know everything about The Devil Wears Prada 2 months before its release. “And isn’t still the person who once suggested California wildfires were started by a Jewish space laser.”

  9. The start of this video, I suppose, was to draw people's interest and watch the whole thing. It didn't work with me. I saw it as a drama recreation to scare people into believing. I have not watch the video yet, but am thinking this will be nothing but a story, with absolutely zero proof in it. As started to watch, I first see a lady that would have been a good character on The Adams Family. Then a man, who also could have done well on that show. It was a bit comical to me. The rest of the video was all talk and zero proof. Not very entertaining, but I get that it would interest some people.
