Sad
❤ 🇨🇦
I know young poc (many teens) people in Ottawa who get picked up for no reason, just might be known to police, roughed up then released elsewhere. That won’t fix the rough path they are headed towards. Just cuz you have a badge doesn’t make you better than other people.
Western Canada is as racist and hateful as Mississippi was in the 1960’s.
He was a high risk, vulnerable kid . It is unfortunate these kids do not get better parental care. What happened to him is inexcusable but kids like these are preyed upon . Sounds like he was getting into trouble too and may have had a run in with someone who decided to take it out on him.
The Saskatoon police obviously beat the young man and left him for dead in the freezing weather. First Nations people have always gotten a bad deal from local law enforcement as well as the RCMP.
Poor kid. Poor, poor kid. I hope his family get some justice.
My stomach has turned inside out. So 😢 sad. Rest in Peace young man ❤
Doesn’t everyone being confronted or apprehended protest innocence? Just saying. It would be a MONUMENTAL conspiracy to continually pull something like this off. I hate seeing teens ending like this but drugs, outside influence, alcohol and no father oversight are a real plague, not just in singular, ethnic societies.
Neil helped me find my mother.
They just got rid of evidence from an unsolved case because they wanted to “clean out” their files?? How egregious, good god…
Sad the police get away with so much. Police are known to torture a confession, should have had the favor returned!
Shit happens
RIP 🪦 NEIL 😢🌹🕊️🙏
The R.C.M.P. did not get their man in the death of a handsome First Nations teenage boy named Neil.
Hypothermia my ass, arrest them police officers,,,
May those responsible for Neils death; suffer for the rest of etternity.
Starlight tour its called
Come on. We all know what happened. White people doing the Christian thing. And somehow, people of color and indigenous people suffer.
Sad that he was let down by parents and ended up drinking and committing crime.
This is still happening to Indigenous and Metis people in Canada to this day. I mean it has to be. There's 100's of us going missing every year, surely police and RCMP officers are responsible for some of these disappearances. It'd be ignorant to think other wise.
Those police officers got away with murdering that boy. Absolutely tragic. I hope they live in misery.
How heartbreaking. 😢💔
