Miguel could eliminate Che and make it look like Tommy did it. This is why Tommy flee Chicago.
Jenard could tell Che that Tommy eliminated Mateo and that the Marquez Cartel eliminate Chavo because of Tommy decision. This could cause Che to dismiss Tommy because he is creating a war between the Estrada Cartel and Marquez Cartel.
