What im getting from this is that there was aomeone on the property actually there that was more dangerous than the 'midnight man' because they kept getting hints of alive, human, danger, outside, tree, things like that. I think someone was actually there with them that they didnt realuze that the entity was tryong to protect them from. Also warning them to 'get out of here'.

The decoy will do something 1 second apart from the original's activity.
Decoy twin can start a hunt from the activity location (touching cup)

Later the light randomly turns on. so for the DR60 I just wanna give some feedback bc it’s new. it’s best to make note of what’s happening and to stand still not leaning on anything or moving at all. The AC couldn’t be helped since y’all left it on. But in the second session, it very well could have been Sam turning the recorder off making that noise. From what I’ve seen and done with it is that it seems to work best and most accurately in a more..desolate area I suppose. Like a place with no heat or AC. not moving at ALL is also really important just to not have to work to debunk. It’s a really cool recorder so I hope you guys can use it more in the future. It’s actually one of my favorite tools. Damn thing is rare and expensive though

I keep thinking about the concept of the entity moving slowly. It kinda explains why some of the equipment goes off after they leave the room and why they had worse "luck" with the RD-60 recorder which each attempt. Maybe they left the entity's sphere of influence and started recording before it could settle around them again.
