He claims they emit low-level radiation, and if you bring a Geiger counter to a haunted location, you’ll often detect spikes or hot spots in the normal background radiation levels. He believes this network is responsible for many of the mysteries we’ve long attributed to ghosts, spirits, or extraterrestrials.
