I watched this with my headphones in & it was insane ! Pardon the pun. I was picking up bangs, noises like talking & footsteps almost constantly.This place was scary. I don't know anyone who is scared of pigeons but I do now! Anyone would think you were being chased by a ghost! I was scared of all the bangs & noises I could here, creepy. I know that this video has been up for two 2yrs now, but I have only just come across it. The memories that place brought back, I always hated the feel of it walking through the corridors. Our father would take my sisters and myself to visit our mother (who was in and out of there throughout our lives). It was a scary place even when it was full of patients, and it had such a distinct smell to it. Our father would tell us how it was used in World War II for injured soldiers.

Been watching some of your older videos. This is round the corner from me. I was involved in archiving some of the historic items kept when the hospital closed. They have gone to a local museum. Scary place in the day with lights on! Some awful things must have happened there. I wouldn’t buy a house built on that site that’s for sure!
