I'd go for a more neutral colour, but with an insanely loudly coloured interior and the brakes in the same colour interior 🤤
But at the same time, making a stunning, special car like a Koenigsegg black or grey is a bit sad as well. Especially with black you lose so much details in the bodywork

I'd think the power and speed this is capable of, you're probably going to want the aero if you ever plan to push it. Cool choice, I do love the Jesko, but this is probably my favorite recent car build from any manufacturer. I'd go with a dark grey body, black pin stripe, black rims, orange calipers, and your interior choice in orange/black split.

If you do black you have to go for tinted carbon, just the darkest tint of clearcoat, black but clearcoat
