[PoE2 0.3] Fragmentation/Permafrost Bolt Witchhunter Guide – explosions and solid damage
This is just a short guide to the build I have been playing as my league starter for path of exile 2 0.3: rise of the abyssals. It’s very comfy, has good clear and is quite easy to gear for and scale. You could also do this as a tactician and go armour, but I prefer the damage and clear that witchhunter offers. Ultimately though it is down to personal preference.

I wonder if you could use the gas grenade armor break, and use Exploit weakness on Frag rounds

I remember using a Elemental Weakness on Cast on Shock (now Cast on Ailment) setup on a lightning build. Would it be beneficial for this build as well? It can be cast manually to avoid the high spirit reservation of Cast on Ailment.
