You wouldn't get me in a cow field either. About 10 years ago i were mountain biking and went through a cow field. Some cows didn't like the idea so i had to peddle like f@**, jump over the fence and wait until the cows f@**ed off until i could get my bike over the style (fence).
This made me laugh and brought back memories of last Summer. I love walking, myself and my dog were miles from people, on the mountain taking in the views and enjoying the peace. I heard the sound of hooves and expected to see horse riders. Then it dawned on me we had passed a field of cows a little while ago. My sense of fight or flight kicked in, in about nought point three seconds myself and the dog were in the middle of brambles and bushes. Only seconds after we got in there, a herd of cows came up over the banking, running like greyhounds…!!! They run straight across where I had been stood only minuets before. Someone had opened the gate and not closed it. I was picking thorns and splinters from places a girl should never get them, for days after. Griff, trust me, cows are lovely as long as there's a fence between you and them. I'm with Ste all the way on this one..😱😱

I loved this! And Ste you’re absolutely right about the cows. I live in the southeastern United States and come from a long line of farmers. I’ve been around livestock most of my life and trust me you don’t want to turn your back on them. They appear docile and very well may be, but they are also very unpredictable! Especially if there are calves around. That being said, you still made me chuckle out loud watching you two😂. Much Love to you both❤
