Do you think that the 'spirit/s' in the house just don't like or understand new technology or are afraid if it and that's why you got more activity when you didn't have any with you? Also maybe that's why the phone was in bits on the floor because they don't like or are afraid of it? Btw, to be honest I wouldn't believe any of this if I hadnt experienced things myself in the house I was born and brought up in, which looks incredibly similar to 30 East Dr 😮. To this day I can't explain it 🤷♀️

I had a woman ghost look around the corner into my bathroom while im on the toilet. The light was on too. I live alone. Other things happen regularly. The only way i can sleep is to listem to owls and crickets on my iPhone.

#Long comment Alert – Sorry I missed the live, but just going to watch back now. Honestly love you guy's the Ouija Brothers always genuine & honest investigations, and had some great captures here at 30 east drive but IMO because there's so much hype that surrounds this place and knowing the back story of events the expectancy is high but doesn't seem to deliver in that way, so I'm going with the theory that poltergeists feed off children that's where they gain power, now the children (Dianne & Phillip) have gone so has he, or he is there still but now WEAK, I do believe it's haunted but if the black monk and the reputation that proceeds him was what's haunting the place just a knock & a tap here & there is underwhelming & slightly disappointing, so I'm torn between… is that all the scary big man has got pfffft??? or spirits are not performing monkeys and don't conform stubborn AF and sometimes stuff happens & sometimes it don't that's the just how it goes lol – Discuss……

These spirits do not seem to like being ordered ,and will do things on their own terms ….always seems this way in every haunted venue.

That was absolutely amazing 👍👍👍 Enjoyed the interviews, very informative. CCTV does sound interesting, BUT the owner also made some excellent points why it could in this case not work as hoped. The investigation and guests were a great addition. Definitely sounds like a variety of things happening – residual haunting, spirits/ghosts/presence. Excited to hear about Hauntd TV and real paranormal 👍 I tried another channel that claimed to be paranormal content- 3 day trial and majority was click bait crap that well if I was interested I can watch for free on YouTube 🤣🤣🤣 which I don’t. Grateful to have found your channel and for your honesty. Thank you.

Amazing show because having the owner come in for an interview was genius because not only was he insightful and highly intelligent but because the spirits were not getting the attention they think they deserve they banged so hard to try to become the centre of attention again. The interviews including talking with your other friends was great because it broke up the live boredom of live ghost hunting which poor Ste had to try and make something happen in front of over 100k watching. The fill ins were really interesting too. It was amazing seeing the owner who sold it to the Prichard's was still alive and even though he played the hauntings down, sounds like his wife was having loads of experiences and couldn't sell it quick enough to them.
Well at the end of the day boys you are going to have to play it very clever to get as much of those spirits that reside in that most famous dwelling to come out and be captured on film. My way of thinking is they must know they are world famous from all the past groups that go there. Also you must get the transcript to that marathon spirit box session (I know your not keen on spirit boxes) because I think you can learn alot about each spirit and what they think of us and each other. For instance, where do the girls go when the big bad monk comes out to play? Was he rightly convicted? etc. Yes of course finding out about spirits needs being there on the right day but it's also about having the right bait on the hook. In this case due to the children's and the black monk's inflated egos from all the attention they have had, I would get a group of you including one or two sensitives like the girl and chat away about the spirits but not directly to them. No calling out! Have locked off cameras and an EVP recorder in each room. Staying in the front room and not chasing every bang is what I would do. Good luck on whatever path you take.
