  1. U totally can control your fears, especially as a man, just pretend like u can beat whatever ur scared of, and then actually convince urself, worked for me, I once was scared of deers and the night, now I’ve killed 2 deers with nothing but a knife at midnight,

  2. I've been having this uncontrollable feeling of being creeped out by something. I don't know what it is, but something just seems wrong. I can't put my finger on it, but I feel very uneasy, creeped out. I don't know how to explain it. It is like being afraid, almost like I am being watched. Like something bad is going to happen, it's just waiting for the right moment. I'm going to try what you said about courage. This is at least something to work on.

  3. great advice man. I used to get panic attacks every single day for years on end. Never had the right support but after years of trying to "grow out" of this conditioning I realized the fears are there for a purpose: without them you would not need to grow spiritually, you would remain static, like stuck in a box.
