Real estate agents are dead. Many quit there jobs due to high inflation recession and high interest rates. No one are buying homes most are renting. No one wants over priced homes

Yeah I've been the one doing everything before and by ex was sick all the time and missed a lot of work so I felt like I was doing all the work around the house when we were supposed to split the chores and somehow I ended up doing everything and it's not fun, me and my current boyfriend have an amazing balance and it's great!

I was a Realtor for almost 14 years in Seattle. Re: fees, yes they add up but you have to realize there is NO LIMIT to how much you can make in this business.
My biggest shock transferring to real estate after a salaried corporate job was needing to make QUARTERLY ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS so you don’t get a huge tax bill at filing time. For years, I was paying off last year’s taxes and the current year’s too!
My best advice, build a database of prospects and former customers and keep in touch. Regularly. Good luck!
