It’s a mountain lion or some other cat, not a skinwalker screaming “HEEELP”.
Sounds like a feline call, most like a Bob cat or a mountain lion. The scattered bones makes me think more so of that. Tbh if I had seen the bones I’d have stopped to examine them. They looked completely stripped clean too.
