more notes: conc effect good on shockburst; in order of priority its scatter, conc effect, ele focus, then martial tempo

how does the lightning warp work on this? Do you have to click to use it? If you have culling strike passive, mob dies before you can use lightning warp isn't it?

Why lightning penetration on an ad clear skill like Herald? Would it not work better on something you can reliably use on both bosses and ads?

Is it possible to display subtitles on videos using Youtube's subtitle function? I would like to translate them into my native language for easier understanding and enjoyment. Also, if we could turn subtitles on and off, it would make it easier to see the descriptions of weapons and armor!
close combat is bad, try fork instead
innervate is also better on herald, because its a global bonus, it doesnt have to be on galvanic shards
