Id love some more residential content if you guys are ever able to again. Residential always has a good feel to me because youre both in a more controlled environment as well as helping to ease the owners worries.

What you were both describing as to the effects that were put on you both, I feel the showing you is spirit was showing a heart attack, perhaps the spirit who used to live in the house died of a heart attack and showing you they need help moving on into the light, you teaming up with someone who does the spirit cleansing to cleanse the house would be good for the families and for your investigations, just an idea 👍
In places like this you should pair up with someone who does cleansing of the spirits into the light to move them on, this would also be good at the end as a finish off to the investigations 👍

Bad electrical maybe? Do they have a dehumidifier running? From the outside it looks as if it's a duplex. So maybe it's actually coming from next door. I feel for that family.

I'm a bit confused, when you look up the stairway, the stairs are usually on the right side and the hallway was on the left, but here it is showing the stairway on the left and the hallway on the right, this is 30 east drive, right?
