4-ingredient Healthy Brownies🤩 These brownies are fudgy, chocolaty and yummy😋 They are also super easy to make!

Ingredients:
2 bananas(very ripe)
2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey(optional)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

topping:
82% dark chocolate(optional )

1. Mash the bananas
2.Add peanut butter, maple syrup, cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined
3.Pour into a baking dish (or an oven-safe glass container) lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chunks
4.Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes and enjoy !

  2. So I just tried these. No maple syrup, no ripe bananas. And I used 70% Lindt dark chocolate. I also added half a scoop of protein powder (I had the fudge brownie flavor). They turned out to be amazing and these are my macros for the whole thing:
    Calories: 1224
    Carbs: 85g
    Fats: 74g
    Protein: 45g
    It is definitely a healthier version as mentioned in her video but still need to be eaten in moderation. Enjoy!

  4. I’m about to pop the mixture in the oven, I have high expectations as it looks fabulous on your video! I’ll let you all know in a few hours about the taste! ❤

    Edit: Well guys idk 😅 I mean it came out looking like a brown tortilla BUT I guess that’s because it doesn’t have any flour so it’s difficult for the cake to grow with only the baking powder. The taste test went kinda bad ngl 😅😅😅 I can only taste the banana most of all, the consistency tho is fire 🔥 soo creamy.
    In conclusion I think I need more practice with desserts and also there’s ingredients in this recipe that aren’t for a brownie I guess but it was fun 🤩
