Double Chocolate Brownie Recipe 👇 200gm..chocolate 100 gm..butter 1+ 1/4 cup..powdered sugar (220gm) 3 eggs 1/2 cup..(90 gm)maida 1/4 cup..(27 gm)coco powder Chocolate pieces..1/2 cup(u can use according to ur wish) Pinch salt Vanilla..1tspn Melt the butter Then add the chocolate and mix well. Beat the sugar and eggs with vanilla essence. Dissolve sugar well to get crinkle top. Add the chocolate mix to it. Mix well. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt . Fold well. Now let it bake. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 160 dg Pan size..8 inch I used here dark couverture chocolate. Bt u can use good quality compound chocolate also.. If you over bake it, the chocolate inside will cook. It won't get to a melt consistency.
