1/3 cup butter 1/4 cup dark chocolate (i used compound)
– toast butter, stir frequently till golden brown – turn off the heat – whisk in the dark chocolate till it melts
1/4 cup powdered brown sugar 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp powdered white sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– pour the chocolate butter mixture while it’s still warmish hot into the sugar and cocoa powder – beat with a mixer till smooth
1/4 cup condensed milk 2 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp vanilla
– whisk to incorporate air into the batter
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp coffee 1/16 tsp baking soda top: dark chocolate chips
– sift and fold in the dry ingredients gently – add it to a parchment lined baking tin – bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes – let it cool completely before topping with flaky salt and eating 🌷
it looks bad. no shiny top and dull. i have used condensed mill and all the ingredients u used following shivesh recipe but added 1 tbsp of sugar for 4 inch pan recipe with same ingredients and they turn out sooo glossy and yum
I made them and followed the instructions to t but after baking there was butter oozing out of the pan and it wasn’t like brownie but a fudge with crisp edges although it tasted good but was still a fail as a brownie

These brownies were the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve made brownies before and they always just tasted like cake and were lowkey mid, this batch was just the BEST. I wud definitely recommend doubling the quantity Bec the tray was gone in like 3 hrs, it was THAT good. However I think I cud add maybe one tablespoon less butter, but that’s probably Bec I added too much , and I’m pretty sure shivangi’s recipe is perfect
