  1. I’ve always loved brownies, but gluten-free versions I tried in the past were either dry or didn’t hold together. One time I made a batch for a friend, and we ended up scraping most of it into the trash Since read the bbook The Ultimate Gluten Free Cookbook by Gina Orrantia, I’ve discovered recipes that actually work and taste incredible. This book is amazing—it makes gluten-free baking feel doable and even fun. I can’t wait to try these brownies!

    I did
    3 bananas
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    I squirted about a tablespoon of honey
    And I mixed in some dark chocolate chips just to have a few with every square after it bakes

    I did 350° for about 30mins

    It’s turned out alright.
    I was craving brownies, and had all the ingredients to make this one.

    This recipe turned out good enough to make brownies, but the flavor was not necessarily a traditional brownie taste. It was a little more bitter and slightly drier in the mouth? I ended up complimenting mine with a scoop of ice cream and half a banana sliced up, and it satisfied my sweet tooth.
    Maybe what could’ve made it better was adding an egg? Or replacing my dark chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips instead? Or instead of honey, using maple syrup? Or drizzle caramel or chocolate syrup in the mix or after baking? I’m not exactly sure. Again, it really wasn’t bad, but in my opinion it needed to be complimented with something- can’t really be eaten by itself.

    I thank you for the easy recipe though!! It satisfied my sweet tooth, and was fun to experiment with♥️

    Edit: I tried another piece of the brownie after it cooled off all the way, and I actually liked it better. I don’t know if it’s just because it’s an acquired taste, or if it actually tastes better. I feel like the banana stood out more and the bitterness kind of lessened, after cooling down. Still different but yummy to me!😋

    Don't be fooled
    I figured it would taste mid since it was only 3 ingredients but I was desperate and low on ingredients
    But yes it taste as mid as u think it would
