I am still totally sure that the Ghost Tube app is just sprouting random words from an inbuild database. It is showing that every word the app is saying is something dark, spooky or sinister, something that could make sense in an old haunted place. It never says any normal or positive things, like "sunflowers", "kitten", "pretty woman". The words it is saying are obviously to create a dark atmosphere.
