  1. Followed instructions. It’s not even close to dough texture. There’s probably a typo in there because she did not use 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt. I did. Sucks.

    Also there’s no way it’s even close to 105g of protein

  2. I don't know what reality you live in.But those one hundred percent will spike your blood sugar. The only protein thats valueable is the animal protein the won't use the plant protein hardly

  3. 0:14 The recipe includes any nut butter – so how can it be nut-free?

    RECIPE: 1 cup Greek yogurt + 1/2 cup cacao powder + 1/2 cup pea protein isolate powder (sweetened) + 2 Tbsp. any nut-butter. —> Mix very well –> press into pan –> slice –> dredge in melted chocolate. STORE: fridge or freeze.
