Here is the detailed recipe of chocolate brownie cake
*RECIPE*
1. Take 4-5 tbsp of butter or oil.
2. Add one bowl of sugar powder and give a good mix.
3. Add 1 bowl of maida along with cocoa powder.
4. Mix together and make lump free batter. Add normal milk to adjust consistency.
5. Add 1 tbsp of coffee powder and 1 tbsp of baking powder.
6. Mix well and grease/butterpaper on tin.
7. Add batter and top it with chocolate chips and bake for 20 mins.
8. Spread choco syrup and u can add toppings of your choice.
9. Your chocalate brownie cake is ready. Enjoy

This is not a brownie. It's a simple chocolate cake. Brownie's key ingredient is melted chocolate. It's not there in this recipe. Brownie is supposed to have a crinkly top. It's not in this cake. Brownie is not supposed to be spongy it's supposed to be like a fudge.
