    Ingredients:

    – 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter

    – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

    – 2 large eggs

    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    – 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder

    – 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

    – 1/4 teaspoon salt

    – 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    – Optional: 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips or chopped nuts

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

    2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  3. just to let you guys know, if you eat a small amount of batter when you’re making brownies, you probably won’t get sick. Just be sure not to eat too much. Meat is a whole different story. You could get pretty sick just from a tiny amount.
