I'm not really a baker. I used to cook professionally in fine dining but we had a dedicated pastry chef, so I never really picked up on baking. Having said that, I made these today for a holiday party tomorrow. I didn't add the coffee because I don't like coffee (I know you said you can't taste it but I guarantee I'll taste it). My son has already informed me we'll be making these again.
This recipe is really goooood! i'm not a brownie lover but i can't stop eating it, i think i will make another batch soon. Despite the fact that i've made some mistake during the process, the brownie still turned out pretty great!

OH. MY. GOD. Amazing recipe!!! I didn't have any straight up cocoa powder so i used hot chocolate powder (the same thing i believe) and they turned out awesome!
