My childhood
I remember that by the last quarter of this anime, the only reason I was even watching it anymore was because of the opening.
That and I remember being so utterly bored. I'll happily discuss Edward Hoppers influence on Texhnolyze or the level of military detail in Konpeki no Kantai or some other seemingly dry esoteric topic. But all I remember here is *yawn*.
First time I heard opening, it reminded me too much of “Not Ready to Make Nice” by the Dixie Chicks.
