I think the voice was the girl who turned up with that Danny fella. Maybe they were in the house already, or just outside, saw you guys thinking youre security and left but then returned later.

I know I'm late to commenting on this video but I'm only just starting to watch them all. Question, the powder from the fire extinguisher, if someone previously in the house had set it off, there would be footprints from them wouldn't there? But the only ones on the video are Griff and Ste's when they walk downstairs and find it, there was nothing on the ground before Ste walked down 1st. I hope I've explained that ok?
It wasn't Ste or Griff as there wasn't any prints on the floor until they discovered the powder everywhere for the first time and it was all documented on camera. It's definitely odd.
P.s. I'm really enjoying the real investigations and the no nonsense approach, it's a refreshing change. 🙂

It's interesting to see how many different things people thought the voice was saying. This is the tally as of October 6th, 2022, out of 283 comments. (I was bored. That's why I took the time to document people's answers to what the supposed voice was saying.) Feel free to add anything you think I missed.
That voice even made me jump at the beginning as I thought you had not heard it at first.
However I did notice a sort of resonance or echo when you were calling out at the bottom of the stairs and wonder if that voice could have been a similar sound illusion. It only seemed to happen with Ste’s voice as it is slightly higher pitch than Griff’s.
